So the road has completely flooded 3 times in one week and still no one has come help. The vaults and tube under the road that connects them, the city's property, are entirely choked with silt it appears but no one has yet to diagnose that or get a work order to flush them out despite numerous calls to the Asheville stormwater emergency line. The exhaust pipe into our yard is open and flowing so not much we can do to prevent this flooding. Lots of rain forecast this week. Please Monte Clampett, Hartwell Carson, someone please I sincerely ask for your help before our house and belongings are submerged in flood water.
