Along the French Broad River Way beside of Lyman Avenue, the greenway, which is partly constructed and still under construction at this time, there are numerous violations. They include no silt barrier for probably over a mile, no blockage around storm drains, and open pathways for tons of silt to run straight into the French Broad River. I did not try to list all the violations because there were too many. There were a couple of instances where there was a small amount of drain blocking oh, but that was it.
