The attached pictures are of 2 construction sites northeast of the intersection of Old Fort Rd and Miller Rd in Fairview, NC.  The first site is along a small creek that dumps into Cane Creek at Miller Rd. It appears to have no slit fences installed. The 2nd is of a new development entrance just downstream on the small creek that has silt fences installed, but may need to be assessed.
