Silt runoff from improper fencing. Four ft exposed earth along Mills Gap. Huge wall of dirt, not fenced or planted, causing significant silt erosion into wind and impermeable surfaces, then more roads and streams. LARGE APARTMENT COMPLEX at corner of Mills Gap and Sweeten Creek. Very bad.
