No silk screen was being used at sight and waste was pooping directly across our neighborhood bamboo patch right into a tributary of the French broad river located at the musky mile near Elm Bend and Wilson road. The waste was flowing directly into and on top of a creek that support Trout and loads of crayfish and salamanders. The mail box of the offender is in picture and the house is located on Wilson road in Pisgah Forest, NC
